North Country Bible Fellowship1. We believe the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, to be the only inspired, inerrant, infallible, authoritative written Word of God.

2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

3. We believe in the true humanity and the true deity of Jesus Christ, in the virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His representative and substitutionary death, in His perfect sacrifice through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal and imminent return to earth in power and glory.

4. We believe that mankind was created in the image of God, that man sinned and thereby incurred not only physical death but also spiritual death, which is separation from God, and that all human beings are born with a sinful nature who sin in thought, word, and deed.

5. We believe that sinful man needs to be restored to a right relationship to God, which can come about only through the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit and saving faith in the atoning work of Jesus Christ through His cross and resurrection.

6. We believe that Jesus Christ instituted two sacraments for His Church – baptism and the Lord’s Supper, Holy Communion. Baptism is an outward, visible sign and seal of the believer’s regeneration, his engrafting into Christ, his right standing in the presence of God, and his walk in newness of life. The Lord’s Supper is a visible setting forth of Christ for the sins of the world. The bread is a sign of the Body of Christ, and the cup is a sign of the blood of Christ. The Church is commanded to observe these sacraments until the Lord’s return for His people.

7. We believe in the present effectual ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling presence and power believers are enabled to live godly lives and bear fruitful witness in this present world.

8. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: the saved to everlasting life and blessedness, the lost to everlasting punishment.

9. We believe that all true believers in Christ are joined together by the Holy Spirit in a permanent bond of unity.
